Since I created the podcast, I have been exposed to people and ideas that have changed my life and who I am, and along with me, they have also changed the lives of the listeners.
It’s a little annoying to write an article about episodes that have been heard because I don’t like to prioritize certain episodes over others, even though it’s clear to me why the most listened to episodes have caught the attention of more people.
It also has to do with the name of the episode – what’s called “click bait” (not done intentionally).
And also how much a person is willing to delve into topics that we usually avoid encountering.
It’s easier to listen to an episode about the importance of sun exposure than to an episode about resolving crises with our parents.
I personally think that to truly benefit from the content of the podcast, you need to listen to all the episodes.
The episodes complement each other and they all help us better understand life, ourselves, nature, our health, and the people in our lives.
They help us be better people, for ourselves and for those around us.
